The world's tallest statue is a statue of  Lord Vishnu riding Garuda bird, the mythical Garuda known as Garuda Wisnu Kencana ( GWK ). Sculpture by artists of Bali, Nyoman Nuarta, when completed will have a height of 150 meters and 64 meters wide. However, although the building was not finished, GWK late become a favorite place for foreign and domestic tourists. If the statue is completed, you can see half of the island of Bali. In fact you can clearly see this statue of Kuta

Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK)  Cultural Park is a window of art and culture of the island in a natural setting and the scenery is very beautiful, being one of the main objectives for a variety of art performances, exhibitions, conferences and religious visits.

GWK park is located in Nusa Dua peninsula, Badung regency, an estimated 40 km south of Denpasar. GWK park is located at an altitude of 146 meters above the Tanak or 263 meters above sea level, in the hills of limestone or rock, to be precise on the hill Pecatu Nusa Dua This area was once a steep hill sloping rock, and then transformed into a beautiful place with a charming architecture. Implementation of the work by way of the hill is cut into the pillars of such a giant building in Egypt but still with the feel of Bali.

You can look directly at the statue of  Lord Vishnu at Vishnu Plaza which is the highest spot on the pedestal. The new statue was built with a height of 20 meters. This form of half-body statue of Lord Vishnu and without arms
